Return Policy
- Return Eligibility You may apply for return within 30 calendar days after you receive the goods. Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging. Used, damaged or customized products are not eligible for return.
- Return Process Step 1: Send return application email to support@sdjwei.shop, provide your order number and photos of the product. Step 2: We will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days. Step 3: Ship the item back following our instructions. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrives defective or wrong.
- Refund After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund. Refund will be issued to your original payment method, and it may take 5-10 business days for the fund to show in your account.
- Damaged / Wrong Item If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund.
